Our simulation practice is one of the largest and most experienced in India. We use Process Simulate, DELMIA V5, Roboguide, Robostudio and Tecnomatix Plant Simulation to build fully digital twins of production lines — validating every robot motion, fixture interference, cycle time and ergonomic condition before physical work begins.
This digital-first approach allows our clients to make engineering decisions confidently, reduce costly design changes during commissioning and compress overall project timelines. Our OLP (Offline Programming) outputs are ready-to-load robot programs that save weeks of onsite teach-time.

Controls and Deployment
We implement robust control architectures using industry‑standard controllers and safety PLCs. Our scope includes: control logic development; HMI screens and operator workflows; interlocks and safety integration; and diagnostics for rapid fault isolation. All control code is versioned and delivered with clear documentation.
